Older Longer Refractor

I am interested in buying a Refractor, or two. I'm not going to be too specific, because I don't want to limit the possibilities.

However, I will place some suggested criteria:
  1. For me, old is good.
  2. So is made somewhere beginning with J, or "U".
  3. I would be interested in 4" to 6" aperture. That's 100mm to 150mm.
  4. It would likely be an Achromatic, and the length would be F10-F15. (OK, those 6" do go down to F8).
  5. However, I'm also open to considering an Apochromatic, but probably at least F8, rather than today's modern shorter types.
  6. Price? Well I guess that very much depends on what it is, so I will leave that up to the seller.
Is there anyone out there that may have an older & longer Refractor they would like to sell?

John

Thanks Steve, for telling us about your collection of Polarex scopes, and the suggested price guides. They sound like they are very much loved, I don't think I will love them as much.
