Well they don't make them like they used to...
This Malleys Tuckerbox Freezer must be 20 years old if it is a day.
We have been using it up until just after Christmas this year.
But all the kids have moved out now and we no longer need a second stand alone freezer.
If it is not the prettiest, its not bad for its age.
There is a crack in the plastic handle thing (see photo).
But the interior is good, there are no cracks, but a few superficial scratches from over zealous male cleaner, (see photo -does not effect performance).
It has adjustable thermostat, and Fast Freeze button (which may be stuck on). Seems to be running all the time.
With electricity prices up, and being retired, we decided we don't need this any more (especially if it is running continually). If I were to continue using this I would probably instal a timer on the power point.
So FREE to anyone who cares to come and pick it up from the Tuggerah Lakes area of the NSW Central Coast. PM me for details.
