Lemmon 17th Feb

Sorry...didn't have time to get colour data before a Lemon tree in my back-yard, literally got in the way...

Lemmon's tail is developing well

Top class as per usual. How did you get to image this peter as we have cloud and showers constantly?

Having an observatory helps! (you can quickly shut up shop if the weather goes bad) but I resorted to shooting though gaps in the cloud (and trees)
for this one.

Thanks H... I wish!... but the colour data I have was affected by cloud etc...I doubt I'll be able to use it.

Excellent shot Peter, doesn't need colour at all IMO.

Super shot Pete.

I tried tracking on the comet last night with the mount, not so flash.

Might have to mount a guide scope after this image.

Cheers
Stuart

Thanks Stu...I'm using an old University Optics (anyone still remember them?? ) 11x80 finder with the RGH. Works a treat on a finder-shoe but I now regret having sold the finder rings years ago

Love it. Hope we can get some clear skies despite the forecasts and you can get colour data soon.
