Venus Transit re-processed

Though I'm not a fan of re-processing to the nth degree...

....I worked on a few new processing techniques (for me at least ) on how to extract fine solar detail without sending the noise through the roof or introduce "dark ring" artifacts.

I decided the test dummy would be one of my, now well worn, transit images..

The result is here

Thanks for the feedback guys, guess that will be a keeper

Personally I like how the surface now looks like glowing gas, (fancy that! ) rather than a colourised texture.
