I have a laser machine that can cut up to 46" diameter if you are still in need or something. The cost isn't in the machine time, it's the materials..

I supplied my local plastics cutting place with a cad diagram for their computer and they cut me one for about the price of the plastic. If they had had to create the cad it would have been hundreds of $.

My other two I got off Ozstockman. He only needs a few measurements and whether it has a central obstruction (eg SCT, Newt).

there's actually a free mask program you can use from the internet and port it to a dwg for less than 10 seconds of your time. If someone charged for the cad time, they are simply ripping you off, as i said, it should only be the cost of the materials.

Mark, that is what I did. What I found was the DWG did not scale correctly into their CAM software. They had to reduce it, I forget exactly how much, to get the size I had specified when I generated the DWG. Fortunately they applied the measure twice cut once principle. Also the DWG drew all the cutting lines twice so the CAM ran the laser round twice. They might have a smarter version of the software now that drops the duplicate cuts.
