Golly, I suffer from this abomination too Woz. Even lifting 5kg will put me on my back, sides, front, back, front, sides, top, bottom, sides, front for days. It's awful when you can't do anything because the pain is constant and intense.

I love your description definitely someone who has expirienced this it does put on all sides and facets of your body he he and what is worse I have forgotten how to use all my astronomy gear
