Hi-Res H-Alpha Sun 20th Oct

Hi All
I managed to grab a few solar avi's yesterday and this image had the best data. There is some nice structure in this active region. Taken with Lunt LS80, 5X powermate and barlow and DMK41 video camera. Thanks.

Very nice Ted! I reckon it could even use some more contrast on the black end

Hi Paul, yes enough nice seeing moments amonst variable seeing. My next attempt immediately after this avi capture was very different in quality frames! Looking forward to Cairns, fingers crossed with the weather.

Thanks Mike, yes a tad more agree. Seems sometimes after I upload the result is not quite the same as what I could see in PS.
