Tombstone Park

Venus and Jupiter Conjunction while waiting for Aurora, March 14th 2012.

Dempster Highway, Tombstone Park, Yukon Territory, Canada.

Canon 5D MarkII, 14mm lens, 5 * 5mins, f4, ISO400. Stacked with StarStax (gap filling blending method, with a little touchup on Venus and Jupiter).

Just beautiful Phil, you even got a meteor as well.
The landscape up there is amazing, thanks for posting this.

thanks guys.. one of my regrets is that i didn't spend more time capturing nightscape shots.. i really focused on timelapse but very hard to do everything in that kind of extreme environment!

yes.. it's a recently released feature. it does affect the overall appearance of the image a little but does a very good job of filling in the gaps.
