Cats Paw & Lobster

Hi Guys

Another shot from last months new moon weekend out at Uluru,Central Australia.


Details:

Object: Cats Paw & Lobster(NGC 6334 NGC 6357)

Constellation: Scorpio

Exposure: 18 x 6 minutes

Telescope: BabyQ/Reducer

Camera: QHY8

Mount: GPDX/SS2k/guided
Software: AA5/CS4

That's a great pairing huh? Two of the few nebulae that are more red than magenta I believe and you have captured that nicely Louie

thats another great image, Uluru is giving you clear skies, very jealous

That baby Q works quite well as evident by this well done image. Colorful, but not too saturated and nice sharp stars to the corners.

Hi Louie,

Another beautiful photo. Uluru skies and you are a good combination.

So sharp, with your trademark smooth colours and tones.

Great composition.

..look out for the snakes!..

Hi John

Thank you very much! well,yeah sure the Baby's cool as long as you don't hang a heavier camera on It....at some point,I'll have to look at totally replacing the Tak focuser I think.
