Set the alarm for 3am this morning hoping for clear skies and I got them. These are the best out of 25 avi's I took.
It seems that using barlowed 20mm and 12.5mm ep's are the way to go for me. The amount of frames used range from 382 up to 998.
The only adjustments were wavelets, gamma and a little contrast.
jjjnettie, what beautiful shots, the detail is excellent , can even see detail within the GRS - is this using your standard eyepiece projection approach? Only thing lacking is the colour?cheers,

Thanks for the kind comments.
Yes, still afocal. Any advise about getting a bit of colour in my pictures would be gratefully received.
I tried Steve Massey's tutorial in "The Night Sky", but to no avail.
As a last resort I'll use coloured filters, but Jup spins so fast, I may not have time to get 3 decent avi's before he moves along.

Oh i never though of the quality seting, hmm maybe i will play with it a bit.. thanks for that tip.
Chris,
On the 25th of Feb. I'm having an open observing night on my property. Hoping to get a few people from IIS, but a couple of locals will be along as well.
Bring your camera and we'll play dueling Panasonics.
