RA setting circle

I'm new at this stuff, is the RA setting circle suppose to move when slewing with the hand control on a EQ6?

RA setting circle on EQ6 is funny thing - you are not supposed to use slewing (from hand pad) if you want it to stay calibrated.
However, if you move the scope manually (disengage the clutch and of course, leave tracking ON all the evening) it will show RA correctly.
