System includes:

* C8 Orange tube OTA
* Mount, wedge & steel tripod
* 6 x 30 original finderscope

I have just completed servicing this system and it's performance is very capable, there's nothing wrong with the system at all, the optics and very good and the mechanicals are also totally Ok

Nothing needs to be done to start using this system except for adding your enthusiasm

Pulls good images all the way to high magnification, as is the usual case with these excellent Orange tube units

That is beautiful. A piece of history and a nice scope as well. It needs a good home.

Don't know what others think but .... that's a BARGAIN.
Looks in great condition for it's age.... and those orange tubes have excellent optics.

If I didn't have enough scopes .... this would be GONE.

Thank you Flash and Eric for your kind comments.

I already have a mint condition example of the same unit, and yes they are excellent performers.

This one's in great nick for it's age, and will no doubt be snapped up very quickly.

Thanks again guys.

Rgds,
Astromelb.
