Astronomy Technology Today Magazine

I stumbled across this magazine when looking for a review on the Mesu mounts, and it is a great read.
All equipment reviews and some ATM and DIY articles and such. One for all you hardware lovers, it is only $10 per year and you get access to *all* their back-issues as well. Must be the best value mag out there.

It is all via PDF unless you are in the US, but that suits me fine, it looks great on a tablet.

I tried subscribing a while back and had issues with their site.
Just had another go and success!
Got two years for $20, gotta love getting 5 years of back issues in with the deal.

Cheers Peter for the heads-up on the limited-time $10 subscription price.
Pretty happy

+1 also

Have the 2-year sub and downloaded all the previous issues and read them occasionally on the ol' iPad.

has anyone that's just signed up heard back from them? I paid the sub but haven't had a confirmation, nor have they responded to my follow up e-mail.

I've had an on-line subs for some years. But it's a DIY type setup. Small organisation, doing it for "love" I expect.

I remember to go online every couple of months to see if another edition is available.

All good. They got back to me saying I had access after payment cleared - seems they just don't send out a confirmation. Guess Eric is right - it's a small team

very happy though - downloading the latest now

Thank goodness one can now download the entire edition in a single pdf. Last year I had to download section by section.

BTW, you've all found the site now? https://www.astronomytechnologytoday.com/

I have found another online magazine that looks like it is worth the subscription price.
AstroPhoto Insight
All back issues (7 years/40 issues) for USD$29.95 : http://www.astrophotoinsight.com/cat...se-back-issues

The magazine is in it's last year of publication:

Dear Readers,
It is with deep sadness that I must announce that AstroPhoto Insight Magazine, which I started seven years ago as a newsletter, will be discontinued at the end of this year.
<snip>
AstroPhoto Insight Magazine will close out the year with four more issues, including the always popular Camera and Mount Buyer’s Guide issue. If your current subscription ends before the end of the year, you will not be able to renew but will have the option of purchasing individual issues as they are published starting with the March/April 2012 issue.
Those who have never subscribed to AstroPhoto Insight Magazine will have to purchase upcoming issues individually starting with the March/April 2012 issue. We are offering a Back Issue Subscription (www.astrophotoinsight.com/subscriptions) that allows you to download every issue ever published through the current issue (January/February 2012).
If you have never subscribed to the magazine, or haven't recently renewed your subscription, we encourage you to take advantage of the Back Issue Subscription to get the issues you missed at this great price before the magazine's website goes offline on December 31, 2012.

Have been aware of the online magazine for a while, thanks to the chat on here and had tried to subscribe a few times but in my stupidity , had trouble navigating the site. Last night I finally worked it out and have now become an subscriber and now have some reading to do, lots of reading to do !
