Very decent effort.

Could maybe brighten the outer reaches a bit and some saturation on your stars. Can also see some odd halos around your stars?

Nice one Trev. Good details and star colors. A tough one in RGB

Hey trev,

the colours are alright possibly just a little bit too saturated for my liking.
You also really have to watch your star minimisation, it just looks odd with massive diffraction spikes where the spike thickness is nearly the size of the star diameter.

Some of the stars look a bit strange Trevor and it's a bit dark but other than that it's a good effort.

Cheers

Thanks for the feedback Steve and Brendan

saturation is difficult to get right and I thru in the over exaggerated star spikes for fun

here is a slightly different version a little more toned down

I like the contrast in the centre there Trevor. I indeed like this rendition. If you could have got a little more star colour it would really complement your target imo.

Yes Trevor, because it looks like you had the colours there to begin with but now they are more pronounced which I think compliments the image.

There's so many ways (subjectively) to present the same object. I actually like this 2nd one more even though it's a little softer.

Cheers,
Darrin...
