Thanks Marco, I hear you about the noise, I think that 900 second photos are good enough for time as 1200 may just be pushing it a little too far. with only 6 sub exposures I would be more inclined to take another 6 first

hahaha The main body of the snake nebula only just fits in my FOV I did it last year but would like to do it again properly this year. As for a colour version Both of these I would like to instil colour in if the astro over lords are kind to me this month.

Yep there are some lovely things in here. a very forgotten pond as the lagoon takes the lime light! There are so many objects like this, just off the main field but i think are far more interesting!

Thanks Trev, The reflections are coming off the back of the MPCC I believe, as i have seen them with the 40D as well as the QHY9. Its a combination that i have 4 reflective serfaces, MPCC, Filter, Nose Glass, Cover slip and then the CCD. They don't really bother me and only start really showing near the end of the processing stream.
