C9.25 w/FT microfocuser, Moonlite CS motorised, plus goodies (photos added)

To fund a recent scope purchase I've decided to advertise my C9.25 with some very nice mods and goodies to go with it:

- Celestron C9.25 Starbright XLT OTA and original box, manual, finder etc
- Feathertouch 10:1 Microfocuser
- Moonlite CS DC motorised crayford (Celestron gold/orange colour to match the dovetail and logo, and has a recess in it to accept a focal reducer like the one also listed below) with Rigel hand controller - SOLD
- flexible dew shield
- Kendrick Firefly dew strap
- Bahtinov mask by IIS's very own ozstockman
- Meade Series 4000 6.3 reducer/flattener - SOLD

Remainder of the package SOLD

All up as a complete package, $2200 plus postage (price dropped again 1/5/12). Note that some of the split items below have been sold. So depending on what's still there, we can discuss appropriate price.

Splitting it up:

C9.25 OTA with the FeatherTouch microfocuser (I don't want to split these 2 at this stage) - $1900 plus postage
MoonLite DC motor focuser plus Rigel hand controller - $300 plus postage - sold
Dew shield - $30 plus postage
Dew strap - $30 plus postage
Bahtinov mask - $15 plus postage
6.3 reducer - $80 plus postage - sale pending

Received a PM about whether this included tripod/mount. It's just the OTA plus the goodies listed above.

If you are ever interested in splitting it up let me know. I'm interested in the focusing gear.

G'day Peter,

Would prefer to keep it all together for now, but will let you know if there's a split. The focusing gear is a pretty sweet combo.

Yeah, I'd keep it together too. Just thought I'd express my interest in case someone was holding back if they only wanted the scope.
Cheers

G'day mate. I don't think it is hyperstar compatible. Will have to check to see age.

G'day Gary. Checked, and it doesn't mention Hyperstar compatible anywhere. I had a C8 that had Fastar compatible all over it. So I think it's not.

Age-wise, I looked everywhere and can't see a manuf date on the box. I bought it in 2010. Not sure when the guy I bought it off did, nor when the original owner got it. Sorry.

Ok, let's keep the ball rolling. I'm considering splitting things up now. Let me know what you're interested in and we can talk about price.

My humble apologies. Before I had a chance to clarify and update with more detail, I had 3 PMs about the FeatherTouch and MoonLite focusers. At this stage, I'm happy to sell the MoonLite separately, but would like to keep the FeatherTouch on the OTA.

Please refer to post #1 above for breakdown of what and how I'm offering.

Hi Troy, I think Poita/Peter might be on the road, judging by a recent thread.
If he is first in line for the ML focuser, then I can wait a bit longer until he responds, as I know he will want it.
Cheers, Bo
