Logan, Nebulosity is for imaging and two instances means you can run two camera. Neb is not for guiding. Craig's PHD does guiding and can talk to Neb. You'd need to check if you can run two instances of PHD.
My netbook copes with PHD and one instance of Neb. I think two would be pushing my luck.
