NGC 2683 - greeting from the northern hemisphere

hi group,
here is another collaboration between torsten grossmann and me.
torsten was privileged wit hdecent skies while we were overcast with
heavy snow-clounds, or rain or wrapped with fog.

Great stuff Dietmar. The whole field is peppered with little galaxies and the main subject is so sharp. Gorgeous stuff. Love the colours

Nicely done Dietmar. Perhaps not the most beautiful galaxy around but very well done image of what it is.

Hey how come you are imaging with a "tiny" 7 inch?

thanx guys!

7" instead of 9"
reason being: no weather at the location of the 9er...in months.
either super transparenca but poor seeing,
or fog, snow rain...
my local obs is collecting dust in stead of starry photons...

I hope for "deliverance"...

I like this one Dietz. Crackingly sharp detail and heaps of really cool smaller galaxies surrounding the main target.
