I have, and if you want to read the ICC's warrant for arrest for Koni with his 33 charges I'll save yout the search.

This guy isn't the only one - by a long way.
I have friends in Nigeria who run a free school and every year more than a few go missing.
Child slavery is endemic in Africa and unless the problem is handled at a local level, things will never change.
I find this doubtful as corruption and tribalism are also endemic in Africa and too many people make too much money off this abomnibal practice.
Forget "bringing him to justice", when did that ever work?
Just offer a big reward for his head!
