Callin' it like it is.

Is it just me, or is the Southern Cross and Scorpius a couple of the very few constellations that actually look like what they say they are at a glance?

I only pick most of them out because of there configuration.

Leo works for me even if it is upside down for southern observers.

Funny you mention it Bazz. Orion has always looked like a hunter to me. But my favorite is Canis Major - it's always looked like a dog!

What you people can't see sheep in Aries?? What's wrong with ya!

It is really funny that you mention Orion Baz,

When I was growing up I always thought that Orion was the big dipper and the southern pelaides were the little dipper. Until I got set straight on this forum.
