You're sending me broke, Glen!

Book Depository UK are asking $41.25 at the moment.

After much thought, and aye, this book looks incredibly interesting, I better wait a few weeks, hubby might boot me out the door and peg me with my existing book supply used as missiles to get me running far away from home faster. After all I'm still waiting for that Robert Gendler book to arrive from a week ago... might look like I have a serious addiction And that's not even going there where I bought another book for $30 a couple of days ago So I'll wait. Has anyone actually built a house made of books. Does it keep one warm I won't be bored that's for sure.

Oops nearly forgot, many thanks for the heads up on the book!

I know what you mean Suzy. I am not buying any more books this year or astro gear, for that matter. My New Year's resolution.

I am saving every dollar I can for my 3 month "road trip" around the US next year, starting at NEAF 2013 and points beyond, including Stellafane.

I just wonder how long I can resist!!!

Wow Peter lucky you!
12 months hey... ooooh that's going to be very hard not to buy anything for so long, I'm feeling for you already!
It'll be worth it though.
Wonders how long it will take him to break.

Not really Suzy. I spent way too much last year anyway! I am now very focussed on getting it together for this trip. Was supposed to go last year, but had a stroke, which I survived ok, apart from some minor probs, and would go this year but have to finish 3 units of my course before the end of the year. So, concentrating on that and work until next year.

If I get enough work, I only work part time, I may be able to save more and go for longer.

I will leave any purchase until NEAF. Hmmm, I can see myself comin' back with a 152mm refractor

Nothing beats an actual book though.
