eclipse photo - maximum from perth

Taken using canon 7d, wo FLT-132

Another nice eclipse, very happy the weather cleared for us AND that i set up the night before and aligned etc.

interesting using the G-11 with a warm start (first time i have used it) it seemed to be a little out but worked well anyways.

5 hour time-lapse movie to follow up this photo sometime too

Thanks for looking,
Grahame.

Thanks liz!

It might be a complete coincidence but i checked the weather station i have here and found that wind gusts peaked at the time of max eclipse (2230 in perth) .... wonder if its related?

interesting never the less

Grahame.

Beautiful - very sharp and great colour... the best I've seen of this eclipse. I would have liked to have my FLT-132 set up for it too! Looking forward to seeing the time lapse.
