Thanks Paul. Although from looking at other peoples' photos I can see that these 2 objects really need Ha to bring out their fine details. Might have to follow you down the scary path of narrowband!

Hi Doug,

Thank you. I'm glad you like it.

Yes, my last trip to Coonabarabran was very productive. When you live in light polluted suburban Sydney, getting 4 clear nights in Coona is like a week of Christmases.
I had 2 mounts, one with the telescope and the other with a Canon camera, going non stop from 7pm till 4:40am for the whole 4 nights!
I probably did 2 years of imaging in less tha a week.

Thanks Clive,

Nothing comes close to a clear night at Coonabarabran.

Hi Rick,

Glad that you like the photos. For someone from suburban Sydney it was more productive than my whole last 2 years!

Thanks.

Ross.

Cheers,

Thanks Frank. Glad you like them. Getting colours correct is always my biggest problem. I do so many different versions I get lost. I try to compare them with other peoples' shots by even there I find so much variation.

Hi Marc,

I'm happy that you like them. They do belong together.
I'm surprised you haven't found some overlap and stitched them together.

Thanks.

Ross.
