Quantum Scientific Imaging 583wsg CCD Camera

QSI583wsg For Sale.

Mono 8.3Mp
Up to 45°C CCD cooling
Built-in mechanical shutter

Still under warranty (till October)

Built in filter wheel - filters are close enough to sensor so that only 1.25" filters are required with no vignetting (so no need to purchase expensive 2" filters).

Built in Off Axis Guider positioned in front of the filters so no problem finding guide stars when using colour/narrowband filters). No flexure issues and no seperate guide scope required.

Great focusing mechansim for the guide camera. Once in place you never need to touch the guide camera again.

Superb build quality - anyone that has seen one will no what I mean

$3400

PM PLEASE

(Lodestar is not included in the sale)

Hello Steve. I take it there are no filters included in the asking price.
Have you been using this camera? I'm interested but would like to have a look at some bias and dark frames if possible.

Peter
