Vixen Half Pillar

Hi All
Up for sale is my vixen half pillar, has a few little marks but that doesn't affect the way it works, some info for you.

This Half Pillar provides a 9-inch extension between the counterweight shaft or longer tube refractor and the tripod legs. In several positions at lower latitudes with the counterweight shaft or just using a longer tube instrument at zenith, the tripod legs can interfere with the proper movement of the telescope. Many users with a longer optical instrument may enjoy the gain in the instruments elevation from the ground to make viewing more comfortable when viewing objects high in the sky.

Specifications:
9-inch extension from top of tripod
Compatible with Great Polaris, Great Polaris D2, Great Polaris Economy, Super Polaris and Super Polaris DX Mounts
Fits into 2 5/16-inch diameter socket on top of tripod f 4 1/8-inch outside diameter
Weight 3.4 lbs with dimmensions 11.5 x 5 x 4.75 inches

*Can also be used with HEQ5 mount with simple modification.
( How this is done i have no idea but im sure there would be info on the net )

$150 posted to you via Registered Post.

Cheers

Graeme.
