Eureka Awards

Photographic finalists for the 2011 Eureka Awards were announced today.

Note to self: I must remember to enter

Some great images for sure, but it seems an Astronomy bent was not the flavour of the month...

Yes I must remember to put this in my diary too. Missed this one this year. I now have the approximate date.

That is a nice entry of the pinnacles and the Milkyway though.

That pendulum shot is quite amazing. I thought the Milkyway shot looked a bit like Peter's Ayers Rock moon eclipse.
