Talking Apple caught red-handed at astronomical fraud

I cannot believe it:

What on Earth were they thinking?

Cheers
Steffen.

I think a bit of tounge in cheek there Omaroo I might be the only one that thinks this is not that big a deal to me who cares if they cloned out a few stars. As long as the photographer gets the credit due I have no problem with it.

Apple briefly overshadowed ExxonMobil the other day as the world's most valuable publicly-listed company. I guess that if Exxon can change a few beachfronts, Apple can modify a galaxy or two.

@Multiweb - "Fanboy" I object to, as it describes someone with a blind love for something. I know why I prefer my platform for publishing, photography, graphics and music. I'll let it ride this time...

This whole affair is probably the reason Southern Stars is holding back SkySafari for Mac

Cheers

Go Apple, Go! There are too many stars in the Universe anyway.

Should have chosen my words better. Replace by 'uber geek'.
I'm being invaded by Apple at home. Leaks... mostly from the kids.

Just what you would expect from apple....stars aren't cheap you know especially when they have to meet stringent "istar" criteria. If you want them all its going to cost you big and you will have to have an itunes account to get the revised igalaxy version plus the required iviewer so you can actually see it. It will only take you 8 ihours to install after you ijump through all the ihoops necessary to ensure total icontrol over your every move.

Mark
