Have the Andromeda series too, which isnt too bad, and Kevin Sorbo scrubs up well.
George Clooney in Solaris, though wasnt a big fan of the film itself.

Amazing it's all based only on appearances and no character.
Here is my favorite, the evil "Alice Morgan" from the series Luther.
PhD in astrophysics, genius and psychopath.
What more can a man want.

Ooh, Stephen, agree, re: Alice Mirgan.
Only saw the first episode and it was gripping.
Was the rest any good? I only really watched it for Idris Alba -- he was excellent in The Wire.

Unfortunately I only saw the last couple of episodes. From what I saw it was brilliant. I believe there is a new series on the way.
Alice Morgan is a spunky lady, had a nasty habit of exterminating people though.
Regards
Steven

Here's a better one ... her name in that episode was "Athena".
If you'd asked me 30 years ago I'd have said Angela Cartwright (Penny Robinson).
In more recent times I'd say: "Resistance is futile ..."
Best,
Les D

Rose Byrne has been in a few sci fi movies, but one that springs to mind is Sunshine.
