Yes,the top paddock would be an amazing place for an observatory,the views to east west an north are right down to the horizon-can see up 80 km's in the distance-the images do not do it justice.

The is a huge old fig tree up the top paddock,a great place to camp-if your going past blackbutt call in and you can camp there in your camp van,a few astronomers are trying to organise a astro camp there.

So that will be good,if they can do that.The property is not likely to sell in a huge hurry-its not a forced sale or similar.But if the right person comes along with the right money.Well-I can buy some taks!

Hello, nice looking snaps of the property. Is the property free from johne's disease and cattle tick's? as these can be a real problem. I wish I could afford it. Best of luck with the sale. Sarman.

Yes there are ticks,but no Johne's disease ( I think that's mainly a southern area of Australia)

Property has good bores,and no flood issues (600 m above sea leavel)

Yes,that is Tarong PS in the distance.Might not be there for much longer,with Julia's Carbon Tax coming soon,
