Exclamation Announcing a new Moderator

With the growth of the forum in the last few months, and the ever increasing number of new posts each day, the moderators and I felt it was time to recruit another moderator into the group to help ensure the forum guidelines are adhered to and to help keep things run smoothly around here.

Please join me in welcoming:

xstream

to the Moderators group.

I've met John a few times, and it showed to me that he is an obvious choice for moderator as he's mature, level-headed, well-respected and displays common sense. He's also had experience moderating other forums in the past, and so i'm sure his previous experience will be valuable here at IceInSpace.

Thanks to John for accepting the invitation and please join me in congratulating him on his new role. Don't make his life too difficult just yet, give him some time to settle in

Anna, theres a side benefit for you in this. Now that John is a moderator he will have to spend so much more time here on the site checking everyone is doing the right thing that that will free up alot more telescope time which you will be able to make use of.

Paul, the only way John could spend more time on the site would be if
he sleep walks. He and the IIS site are joined at the hip. Lucky I'm an
easy going girl, or I would feel threatened by IIS.

Thanks for the welcome guys.
I only have a few words to say; Now behave yourselves.

Tony, depends on how much you've got.

In all seriousness though, I hope you all find me to be a fair and constructive Mod.
