Mike,

Thats not a winding road, you only think its winding The 17km road from Fox Glacier to Franz Joseph Glacier on the West Coast of NZ's South Island is pretty windy. Or better still the road up to the top of Te Mata peak lookout at Havelock North near Hastings in NZ's Nth Island, thats a ripper. Almost had to change my jockeys going up that 1

Went today for a drive to Lostock to have a look around and took some more pics of the Scout Camp.
I had a swim in the river and can tell you it was beautiful!

Nice shots of the Dam, Ed.. my family and I stopped there on our trip there a few months ago and had a picnic lunch.

It's a great swimming and fishing spot, and the Lostock Caravan Park is nearby too.

I added Itchy and Hitchhiker to the "booked" list above.

It appears someone has paid for their booking, but hasn't left a reference on the direct deposit.

If that was you, please email or PM with the relevant details so I can confirm it was you and mark you as paid.

Thanks

btw updated the post above to include the current people who have booked as of today.

High guys,

Just put my leave form in today... if all approved I'll be there (with Lyn) for 3 nights, camping.

Got a major shutdown at work each side of the camp, but I don't have too much involvement in the second one so I hope the gods will approve my leave...
Al.
