Hi Thomas, to iceincpace
I am visual observer so can't help you with astrophography, but I observe the ARP galaxies quite ofton so I have something in common with you
As others have said there are plenty of people who will be more than happy to help you in your astrophotgraphy endeavours

Hi Thomas, Brian here ex-pat Canadian living in the Philippines. Many fine people here with lots to share. There are also some very nice once in a life time star parties in Australia where the equipment is superb and the prices are are reasonable if you ever get a serious desire to head south and do some observing.
