Hi Dave, Do you know if this filter fits a 4.5 inch Meade Newt. ?
It sounds like it might.

Its a shame that my Meade 4.5 inch Newt. is 5.5 inches Outer Diameter on the tube.

This filter wont fit unfortunately.
