Yes that was my first pick as I also saw one many years ago.

Maybe this person invented time travel in the 90's, but when they got there, they didn't have any machinery to come back to let us know what they did. They then died of old age before they got back to their original time or when it got to the 90's (and the equipment existed so they could show us) they couldn't remember what it was they had to tell everyone!

Charlie Chaplin ran very tight closed sets in his movies because other film studios wanted to know his secrets (Charlie Chaplin was years ahead of others in film trickery and special effects).

No-one could just walk across his scene.
An unknown person wasn't even allowed within viewing distance of his film locations.

The person is obviously meant to be there doing what they were doing. Chaplin was a perfectionist. Nothing got past him and he was a very fussy demanding director.

So the only other answer is that it is an Annunakian from planet Nibiru who made himself totally invisible to Chaplin, and is talking on his 'Beam-me-up' handset.

I'm not really up on old films - but does this strike anyone as particularly good quality for 1928? The only Chaplin films I have seen have been grainy and jerky like they are played at 1.5 speed...

It's Plainly clear that at the Solvay congress conference in 1927 during the meeting of extraordinary minds they all knew the Apple Mac was on it's way

While I find the whole thing dodgy (it's by an indie film maker who spends half the clip promoting his films, standing next to a post of his film), some of you forget that he mentioned that this is a behind the scenes type recording and it was the general public being filmed, not actors.

I don't believe for a minute that it's a time traveller, most likely the afore mentioned hearing aids.

One thing is for sure, Mr Clarke got his film making career noticed in spectacular fashion.

I should clarify.. my grandfather had one, but it he didn't use it. He collected antiques and I remember as a kid using it as a "Space Radio" pretending to talk to astronauts....
