RC Moonage 19th

Finally hooked up the 550d to the RC8 to capture some moonage last night.
This image is composed of 34 x 180th sec frames at ISO 100. Image resized 40%.
Stacked in Registax 5
Wavelets 33.6, 21.6, 24.1, 12.1, 9.5 and 20.3
Processed in CS3.
Curves, Contrast and USM.

another fantastic moon shot - I haven't yet done any stacking of moon shots - but seeing that makes me want to!

It looks like you are loving the 550D?

Sharp yet smooth in contrast - just as you would see it through the scope. Well done.

The 550D seems to be coming into the scene with a storm. Lovely work JJJ!
