Good prospects tonight!

Shadows lengthening, everything setup.

DVR set to record the NRL final and The Bill.

SkyTools observing lists printed.

I have a feeling tonight is going to be good!

Cheers
Chris

Looking like a potentially good night...... When did you get the new scope ???

I have mine cooling as we speak, hoping the seeing is better than last night, so far so good.

Victoria FINALLY gets some good weather.

Thanks David, yes it's a good spot, but we get a few planes heading down to Tullamarine, 75km away.

That's not a new scope Clive, that's your old 12" in it's new guise!
Works very nicely too, especially with the Argo Navis on it!

Cheers
Chris

Good hunting!!!

Too cloudy up here

I have genealogical/family connections to Kyneton...my great-great grandparents are from the area....the McGrath's. Don't know if the family stills lives in the area, though.

For NSW - it is all my fault. Last week has been cloudy every night where I am. Just as I had completed the modifications to fit my EQ6 to my existing pier, the sky has been consistently crappy each night.

I looked at the sky at 3:30 absolutely fantastic. Setup the scope in the only possy in my yard I can use setup a tour of the night sky 630 had to race out and get the scope under cover with a shower of rain looming.

Completely clear Jeff , I'm just waiting for m31 to pop over the horizon trying to catch the lowest object I've ever done...... Up in about 10 mins hopefully.
Seeing looks much better tonight too, plus sunrise is an hour later too.....

Lovely here, although I will retire somewhat earlier due to work tomorrow. Just calibration and tuning routines with some bino observing
