The purpose of this exercise
(updated here) was to try out a CLS-CCD clip filter with my unmodified 1000D.
Compared to an earlier M8 session of almost 2 hours, the advantages are strikingly different, given that this session was about 60 minutes.
Very little processing in Pixinsight - finishing touches in GIMP - may have overdone the dark structure a bit - will look at that again.
