Trifid & Cluster

Howdy,
I nearly wasn't going to post this one, there has been so many of late, but it is about all I have been able to get with this weather in the last month and a bit.

Approx 180mins total, 90 Lum in 5 min subs and approx 30 mins each RGB bin2, in 3min20sec subs over 2 nights. QHY9 mono, Megrez 110, EQ6 and EQAscom, guided with a Meade DSI and ST80, captured, calibrated and RGB combine and alignment in MaxIm5, final constuction and processing in PS CS3.

Cheers and clears!!

Nice mate - never too many of this object.

Yeah I can see the pussy cat Mike - I can just make it out in your version but I also see a lot of Winston Churchill there maybe with a dash of Julia Gillard with the red top. Dunno about the blue bottom but - might have been cold.

Thank you! I did want to frame it better than just sticking it in the middle, so the cluster works well for that.

Thanks Mike. I must admit, I can see the cat better than I can the chicken in that other nebula.

Catching dust Have you seen the weather lately? Seriously my C11 is in pieces on the table again. Trying to sort out the field at prime focus. I have the AO coming this week so expect more rain.
