Am I the Only One ????

Just a quick note to ask if I am the only one who knows where all my Astro stuff is and can locate it at short notice....but I can't seem to find my car keys or my wallet or my glasses when we are going out somewhere. ????

I am sure there must be little Gremlins around that move my stuff.

No you are not the only one but we both have our priorities right you have to know where the important stuff is as to gremlins I think there are wormholes that constantly hide and return our keys and things

You are correct....One has to know where ones Eyepieces are at all times....

Wormholes could be right as well. They dissapear from yesterday and return tomorrow....

HA! HA!
Thats short term memory loss Geoff!!
Keys, wallet, glasses are in that category.
Happens to most of us at times..
As long as there is somebody else in the house there with you to help you find them.... its ok..
LOL.

It's the natural order of things.. scope equipment will always take precedence over other things. We will fling our keys etc, but we will handle our eyepieces like precious newborn babies.

I am always losing stuff!!! I always go back to that Twilight Zone episode where 'the little men' move stuff around a couple of seconds before it actually happens, sometimes they get it wrong!!

I know exactly who the gremlin is who hides all my stuff on me. No names. No pack drill.

If I'm off to a star party, I can pack all my astro gear in the car in around 5 minutes. It's finding all the other paraphernalia that takes all the time.

Same here. I tend to be very forgetful. Once I was putting shopping away in the fridge and the phone rang. Got side tracked. Took me the best part of the day to find my car keys and wallet in the fridge.

I once spent 15mins searching the house for my glasses.
Guess where they were........
On top of my head.

I had that happen once, but i put the phone in the fridge instead when I finished. Have to say it was a nice quiet day.

Hey Geoff, you're not the only one. I'm always looking for the car keys, but half the time my wife has "placed" them somewhere and not told me where.

Just don't misplace your keys at the Pony Club...It's a long walk home.

I locked them many times inside. But once I totally lost one set and while driving along using the other set I hear this rattling noise coming from outside the passenger door... guess what?
