Photographically boring?

I know everyone takes pictures of flowers. Have they been done to death?

Took these three in my aunt's garden thew other week. Not real fussed over the picture quality of the third one, but it's still an interesting flower and colour.

My fave is the pink rose. I think I'm pretty happy with it's composition, color, exposure and focus.

C&C welcome.

Baz.

Interesting thought Barry. My feeling is while composition etc are important, one of the factors that can make or break a good flower shot is the background. While bokeh helps, like macros good contrast from the subject and a background that is not busy can create a different feel.

There ya go the whole 2c worth.

Oh dear.....

Good to see you shucked off your crotcheted rug and pulled on the slippers for a spot of garden photos outside, I hope you wrapped up to avoid catching your death of a cold???

Nice pics Baz...................

Now, time for your nap. There is a good boy!

Cheers

Chris
