Omega Centauri, 50D, WO FLT-132

Hi Guys,

3 x 10min shots ISO800, no dark's or flats taken.
Stacked in Nebulosity and processed in photoshop CS4.

one of my fav visual targets usually. This night i had an hour to spare before sunrise and decided to use the time photographing omega. im not too disappointed with the result either, only just started to over expose the core.

hope you enjoy it!

Grahame.

Very nice indeed. Is that the full field of the FLT or is that a crop?

Near enough to full field - I only cropped a small amout off to properly center the object in frame

The WO 132 is a really good scope matched with the G11, nice tight stars

The image looks great, stars are good, backgound looks good also. The core needs a bit of work but all up a very pleasing image.
