If you are using Firefox, the "DownloadHelper" add-on will let you save youtube videos for later consumption. Otherwise, if you haven't done too much downloading since you viewed it, search for a file that is 17516070 bytes long (or pretty close to that) in your browser's cache, and created at about the time you were watching. Copy it somewhere else and give it the ".flv" extension.
You will need a Flash video viewing application. Google for that.
