NGC 1532 over 2 nights

Hi all
Finally got more imaging done. Last week I got a short run on NGC 1532, before a southery arrived. Last night in between bits of high cloud I got a much longer run in, including having to do a meridian flip. The Off Axis guider comes in handy, as by rotating it 180 degrees I get to use the same guidestar, and the images dont appear rotated, as rotating the OAG cancells out the 180 degree flip. Eventually low cloud arrived from the east to end proceedings, I got a total of 2 hours 50 mins in.

Total of 17 subs at 10 minutes each, ISO 200, with uv/ir filter. Baader MPCC coma corrector. 10 inch f5.6 newtonian. Modded 350D. Hand of axis guided.
Scott

Beautiful image Scott.. This is a rarely imaged target, I think the only other shot of this Galaxy I've seen posted was taken by Martin Pugh early this year/late last year..

You've done very well indeed.

Hand guiding.. Wow... Talk about dedication to the cause!
