Old Jupiter 19/10/09

Sorry to post old stuff on the forum
But it's new for me here
I am using an 8" f6 Newtonian on an LXD55 mount and a Phillips Toucam 840 pro. Registax, CS3 etc.
PS the shadow is Europa

Nice work Clayton - it actually looks pretty sharp with a nice round shadow and some good small details visible.

It just looks a bit "washed out" and maybe a bit overexposed. Not sure if that's after processing or at time of capture, but you could try some midtone levels reduction, or a curves reduction, to give it a bit more contrast and depth.
