Hi Scott
Just PM or email me with the required changes to your booking and I'll amend it for you.
Otherwise, put in a new booking and i'll delete your existing one.
Cheers

OK! there is not enough traffic on this thread
start telling us how your preparations are going
got all your gear sorted ?
packed all your leads in the one box (that you will probably leave behind) ?
charging your batteries up ?
what new camping gear do you need to buy this weekend ?
C'mon - start talking you lot

OK, I'll spill. I've bought new equipment. I've bought myself a QHY5 autoguider, Synscan GPS, GSO Low Profile 10:1 focuser, Baader Coma corrector and Baader filter replacement for the Canon 400D.
Unfortunately my attempt to perform the filter replacement on the Canon 400D failed, and it is now lying in pieces in my study. Not being the kind of person who gives up easy, I went straight out and bought a new Canon 450D and managed to successfully modify that instead.
I am really looking forward to doing some serious astrophotography.

Need to buy some large tarpaulins this weekend as my Telegizmo will not arrive in time, and, I've currently only got small ones.
Food and drink, as well. Otherwise, everything else seems to be ready. Just needs to be stowed into the car.
Regards,
Humayun

I'm still not sure if I can make it.
Will be very disappointed if I miss this one since I missed SPSP too.

I trust that anyone bringing new gear realises that they will be held personally responsible for every cloud that appears?
You have been warned!

My gear ( old gear!) is ready to be stowed in the car.
Leaving Tuesday morning, stopping overnight in Gundagai, then Wednesday night in Vacy.
Looking forward to meeting a whole bunch of good people over the 3 or 4 days, and hoping to learn a lot from all of you!
Then I'm heading over to Coonabarabran for a couple of days, to have a look at Siding Spring and maybe do a bush walk. Apparantly Coonabarabran has a 'Festival of the Stars' happening in October, but the big telescopes are only open to the public on the following Sunday, the day before I have to be back at work!
Back home on the Thursday, so away for 10 days all together.
Today?, mowing grass to keep SWMBO happy!
Cheers
Chris

Geoff,
Don't worry, he's only bluffing. We'll be greeted by the sweet scent of a Lucitania. Don't you worry.
If he doesn't come, well, then... it's hammertime.

Humayun

Hope you can make it, RB!
Looking forward to it - forecast looks mixed but there's promise!
I'm starting to pack this weekend - the trailer is filling up, I've been to coles and bought everything I need - softdrinks, water, toilet paper etc etc.
Shirts and calendars have labels on them, name tags are being printed, everything is starting to come together.
The room downstairs is a big mess of boxes but it's only short term!

Aw shucks guys, thanks, I really do want to make it this year.
It will be a close call, this weather has also affected my work too so I hope things will work out so that I can make it.
Now stop tempting me with Cuban cigar posts, you know it's my weak point, not to mention the thought of your great company.
