Thanks Clive - much appreciated Yes, I'm posting preview thumbnails purely to let those yet to contribute see what's been included so far, in the hope that we don't get as many doubles as we otherwise might.

Here's the latest - thanks Stuart (beren)!

How is everyone writing their small "bio"? As a first person or third person style?

Hi Stephen

I don't need a long "bio" as such, because there just isn't room! LOL! I'm after a brief description of who you are, the image itself - how and when you took it, processed it and what with. I can only fit 60 words or so all up. Thanks for your efforts!

Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you with the word "bio" I understand the limitations on the words.

I am trying to send the folder to you now, minus the image of me and the scope. I'll forward that you you later today.

The txt file has some notes for you, please email me with your thoughts.

Edit: Chris, folder sucessfully sent, ta.

Chris I have to say you must be at the machine of yours all day and night, that is some beautiful work, the Mosaic of all the images.

When these pages are done, will the Mosaic pages as you have them be included in the book, or available on request.

Just a thought.

Leon

LOL! Certainly Leon - and thanks so much for the compliment

I could, once the book had gone out, furnish these mosaics in low-ish resolution form. We want to protect the book, of course, so these wouldn't be very good to print from - more of a reference.

There is a series of Saturn over the years, along with a series of Jupiter on the same page.

Hi Chris (and all),

Maybe I am a little dense today, but with the image submisions do the main and insert image need to be submited seperate or already overlaid.

I'm thinking of sending a couple of mine, but compared to everyone else here I'm very average.

We've all had to start somewhere Wade! You'll be fine!

If you could keep your images separate please - I'll position them here.

Thanks mate!
Chris

Thanks Chris,

I thought that was what you wanted. I'll give it a go when I get home tonight.

This book is a wonderful idea, with all of the amazing images that come into IIS I'm a little surprised that there's not more here already!

Come on everybody if mine goes up anyone can do this.
