M16 eagle

greetings all. this is my first go at m16,taken on the first night of qld af. i had planned to get at least 3 hours on this, but you know,with such a big sky... i really should learn to concentrate on one thing at a time. anyway,the end result(for now), 15x7min,ED80, canon500d-iso800,auto awa in DSS,level-curves adjust in PS4 THANKS FOR LOOKING and commenting if you like.

Great image Darrell. This has got to be one of my favorite objects and you've captured some nice detail. 15x7 mins is a pretty reasonable effort.
