Sydney Harbour from a Cessna 152

Hi all! I just wanted to share a photo with you all. This was taken two years ago from a Cessna 152 light plane. After we did a few turns around the harbour I kinda felt a bit sick but the views were worth it. Le (my fiance) was lucky enough to have this pilot friend who took us up in his plane from Bankstown airport. Hope you like the view!

Excellent Silvie.

Now compare it to aerial photos of places like New York.

Which country would you rather live in? doh!

Make sure you compare it with photos of places in New Zealand before you decide which place to live in :>

Ai-ya, I've been so busy with work that I forgot to thank you all for your comments, so Thanks guys!
I have to say, Sydney looks beautiful from the air but actually living down there is another story...hmmm, would NZ be quieter?

On the subject of water from the air. Ansons Bay on the East Coast Tassie, permanent population around 6. I have a small shack there. Taken from a piper Cherokee 140. No power, no street lights.....yet. On the beach at left (3Km long) half a dozen people would be a crowd.

Hey, those are great pictures guys!

Just off topic a little: Have any of you guys climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge with Bridgeclimb? I did it last year, and I highly recommend it!

Bridge Climb is great but pricey..a much less expensive option -and you still get great views from the viewing gallery-is the Pylon. nuch quicker too..I have been to both

Yeah, we did the Pylon climb the day after we did the bridge. We actually took some pictures from the top, and its a very interesting angle to see the bridge on. If I can track down the pics, I'll post them.
