Lunar penumbral eclipse 5-6 August 2009

In the night between 5 and 6 august will be a lunar penumbral eclipse. The phnomena will be visible only with telescopes.

Follow the links on

and you will find PDFs for many eclipses which include a visibility diagram. This one is

and unless you are in Antarctica I think is only worth attempting from about 90W to 90E.
