Sky at Night future?

Hi guys

Just a brief note answering some of the concerns expressed in this thread. I asked the editor of S@N about:

1) Patrick retiring. His answer was:
"Patrick has no plans to retire that I’m aware of – he’s always said he’ll continue as long as he feels he can do the job. Knowing him, I can’t imagine he’d give up voluntarily."

2) The magazine being shutdown by the BBC. His answer:
"The programme team have plans for future months. I can’t predict what will happen in the future but I’ve heard nothing about this whatsoever."

Regards

Glenn

I buy sky at night and as@t each month. I was delighted to see Mike's and Emmanuel's photos in hot shots in this edition when I picked it up yesterday. Congratulations to both of you!

I always enjoy the program on the cd - I love Patrick Moore asking some simple sounding questions that aren't simple with a little twinkle in his eye as he squints through his monocle at some great astronomer.
